Valentine's Day Winner Announced (by Dross!)

Thank you everyone - we have had a fantastic response to our WinStar StableMates 'Sweetheart Night For 2'!  This promotion offered a 25% discount on our Grade 2 membership to any new or upgrading WinStar StableMates members.  That's not all - we promised to choose one of our Grade 2 WinStar StableMates (at random) to join us for one very special Valentine’s date with WinStar Farm - a one night’s stay for two including breakfast at the renowned Kentucky Castle!

The next day, the winner and their guest will be escorted on a private VIP tour of the WinStar stallion barn, training centre, yearling and foaling barns, taking in the stunning grounds and horses our beautiful farm has to offer.  Following this exclusive guided tour, lunch will be hosted by WinStar President Elliott Walden and served for the winner and their guest in the grand reception room of WinStar Farm overlooking the now iconic WinStar Lake - not bad at all!

Today we selected at random three lucky finalists, Linda Liess from New Mexico; Danny Patterson from Florida and Steve Queen from Louisianna.  In light of it being Valentines Day, the official openning of our Breeding Shed and taking inspiration from the terrific idea pioneered by our friends across the pond at the Irish National Stud, we let Drosselmeyer pick the winner! Second and third place finalists will recieve a limited edition Drosselmeyer Breeders' Cup Hat.
