Jockey Club Agreement
This letter will serve to satisfy the provisions of Section 6(b) of the above-referenced agreement between WinStar Farm, LLC, a limited liability company organized pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky ("Winstar Farm") and The Jockey Club Information Systems, Inc. ("TJCIS"), which was executed on behalf of WinStar Farm on February 15, 2000 (the "Agreement").
