PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

Thank you for visiting WinStarStableMates.com. This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and WinStarStableMates.com and WinStar Farm, L.L.C. (collectively referred to as “WinStar”). Additionally, all of WinStar’s owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, service providers, servants, and partners are covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and, insofar as their involvement with this Site shall have all the rights and privileges as if they were WinStar. In this Agreement, the term "Site" includes all web sites and web pages within WinStarStableMates.com as well as any equivalent, mirror, replacement, substitute or backup web sites and web pages that are associated with the Site, including but not limited to WinStarFarm.com. By using this Site, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you will abide by the terms of this Agreement as well as the separate Terms of Use Agreement, adopted and incorporated herein. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the collection and use of the personal information you submit on WinStarStableMates.com.
