If you are having any issues regarding access to parts of the Site, please check your membership level and see if your level allows you to have the desired access. Only Grade 1 and Grade 2 Members have access to all areas of the Site. If you believe that your membership level allows access, please email us at stablemates@winstarfarm.com.
If you are having issues regarding video quality or image quality, please check your Internet connection first. The video and Farm Cams from the Site are sent over the Internet at the highest possible quality, and you may have issues viewing them depending on your bandwidth. For instance, if you use dial-up access to the Internet, you will likely have problems viewing the video and certain images. If you believe your bandwidth is appropriate, then check to see if you have updated your browser and make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed.
